Matt Schneider leads the sourcing, acquisition, and management of music royalty assets under Open Season.
Matt has been an active investor in the music royalty space for nearly a decade, acquiring nearly 100 music catalogs spread across genre and type.
Prior to that, Matt worked in investment sales in commercial real estate and built an analytics model still used today for underwriting multi-tenant properties.
He graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Central Eurasian Studies.
