Keith Jaffee

Keith Jaffee’s career has spanned over 3 decades with a focus on buying and building companies in consumer products and commercial foodservice equipment. He is a hands-on operator focused on process improvement, brand building, and acquisitions that offer value creation through synergy and consolidation. Keith currently sits on the Board of Tag Fitness and O2C Brands. Keith also serves as CEO at Banyan Acquisition Corp.

  • Keith has had the opportunity to serve as both Chairman of the International Housewares Association (IHA) and the first 2-year President of the North American Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM). The IHA honored him in 2013 with the Humanitarian of the Year award. NAFEM in 2015 honored him with the Lifetime Achievement award. Most recently, he co-founded an equity investment firm, Middleton Partners. In the last 5 years, Middleton has invested $250MM in real estate and operating businesses.

    Charity has been an important part of Keith’s life for many years, including active involvement with the Jesse White Foundation, Holy Trinity High School, Lurie’s Children’s Hospital, Clearbrook, and Housewares Charity Foundation.

    For the last 8 years, he has been a clinical associate professor at Northwestern University teaching a course in the Master of Product Design and Development Management program.

Mitch Greenberg

Mitch Greenberg is an active real estate developer and investor. Mitch began his career as a commercial office broker and over 15 years built a strong practice at the nationally recognized firms Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis, where he focused primarily on representing landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office properties. With this experience, he transitioned to investment and development activities and founded both ASA Properties and Middleton Partners.

  • In total, Mitch has more than 30 years of successful real estate and private equity investing. Through Middleton, Mitch both invests and develops in markets throughout the US across a broad range of property types. Key aspects of Mitch’s professional portfolio include successful development of medical office, office and retail projects, together with several million feet of leasing activity. Additionally, Mitch led the capital raising and planning efforts for the creation and development of the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors.

Peter Holstein

Peter has been an active real estate investor & developer for more than 25 years. Past projects have included a wide range of speculative development, acquisition and re-development across a broad range of property types. Activities to date include investment, management & development of some 4.5MM square feet of office property, several hundred units of both for sale and rental residential property, as well as investments in and development of projects in the retail, parking, hospitality and data center sectors. In addition, Peter has served multiple terms as a Trustee of two local municipal government boards.

Matt Jaffee

Matt leads the day-to-day efforts across Middleton’s operating business and other opportunistic investments. Matt currently sits on the Board of Tag Fitness and O2C Brands. He also serves as an Advisor to Banyan Acquisition Corp. Previously, Matt served as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at FSX, Board Member at Maurice Outdoors, and Strategic Advisor to The Bazaar. Prior to joining Middleton, Matt worked at GCM Grosvenor, an alternative asset management firm. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree of business, with a focus on corporate finance.
